Rich has 20-plus years of executive search and leadership consulting experience. A former credit-trained and FINRA-licensed banker, he has successfully performed hundreds of searches for banks, CDFIs, fintech, and consumer products companies worldwide at executive and senior management levels.

Before The Loring Group, Rich was with Stanton Chase, a global top-ten executive search firm. He was also an Equity Partner with Boyden International and a Principal at Korn Ferry. Earlier in his career, he was a Private Banker with Chase Manhattan and Wells Fargo and a Security Analyst with the NAIC and Moody's Investors Service.

Rich is a graduate of Rutgers University and supports many non-profit organizations in the San Francisco community. He served ten years on the Board of the Pomeroy Recreation and Rehabilitation Center, which serves people with disabilities. He is an Eagle Scout and was a leader in the Boy Scouts of America and the San Francisco Little League.
